The Team

Iain is the Founder Partner of GRF. He holds a Finance degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. His ground rent career spans back to 2011 where he began as in-house acquisitions for a private equity ground rent fund. Since then Iain has acquired tens of millions of pounds of ground rents and is one of the few specialists in his industry.

Meir has a background in property development, having been responsible for the development of several schemes and roof-top developments.

In 2017 Meir began his way into the niche ground rent market when he negotiated a large ground rent deal together with The Ground Rent Firm. In 2018 Meir joined TGRF and has worked his way up from acquisitions negotiator to director. In this time he has built good, solid relationships with a number of developers and agents and has secured a large number of deals, most of which have either successfully completed or are in the process of being completed.

Maurice is responsible for the progression of deal from agreement through to completion. He is a key component in our volume-driven business ensuring the flow of information to solicitors is efficient so that deals are kept moving to completion.
